Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.kbhomefix.com (the "Site") and the phone numbers shown on it (together, the "Service"), operated by Keybridge Web Solutions LLC ("KBHomeFix," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

The Service is an advertising and call-referral service. When you call one of our numbers, we route your call to an independent third-party service provider ("Provider") that participates in our network. We are not a contractor. We do not perform, supervise or guarantee any plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, repair, installation or other home service work, and we do not employ any Provider.

2. No charge to callers

We do not charge you for using the Service. Providers, or the call networks and marketing partners that represent them, pay us for connected calls. Any amount you pay for services is set by and paid to the Provider.

3. Your relationship with Providers

Any estimate, appointment, contract, payment, warranty or dispute regarding work is solely between you and the Provider. You are responsible for deciding whether to hire a Provider and for confirming that the Provider holds the licenses, bonds and insurance required for the work. Licensing requirements vary by state, city and trade; your state or local licensing agency can confirm a contractor's license.

4. No guarantees

We do not guarantee that a Provider will be available, that a Provider will arrive within any time frame, or that a Provider will perform work to any standard or price. Availability and coverage vary by location and time. We may not be able to connect every call.

5. Call recording

Calls through the Service may be recorded and monitored. By remaining on a call after notice that it may be recorded, you consent to the recording. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by placing fraudulent, harassing or automated calls, interfering with the Site's operation, scraping content, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Content on the Site

Information on the Site, including home maintenance tips, is general information only and is not professional advice. Plumbing, gas and electrical work can be dangerous. When in doubt, wait for a qualified professional. Site content is owned by us and may not be copied without permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY REGARDING THE WORK OR CONDUCT OF ANY PROVIDER.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE ACTS, OMISSIONS, WORK OR PRODUCTS OF ANY PROVIDER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
